      Cheap fabric. We bought a brown vinyl recliner. The brown vinyl Faded /rubbed off to an ugly tan color. Then it just broke. T was 3 years old. Never will buy anything from them again.

The merchandise purchased from us here at Bob’s holds a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty did expire in June of 2019.       The furniture is very nice and priced right but don't waste your money on the goof proof guarantee. It's not worth the paper it's printed on. They have figured out all kinds of way to not pay their claims and no matter what the circumstances, they don't pay. Very, very disappointing.

      We were supposed to have a delivery today from Bob’s Furniture. We waited at home for the driver to arrive so we could sponsor them on base, as we noted in our delivery comments. We were called around 2pm and told that our delivery would not be made today and would have to be rescheduled because the delivery driver did not have a drivers license, therefore could not come on base due to no identification. As noted in the online tracker, this driver made 9 mother stops today before us.. so he had potentially driven a large delivery vehicle around Southern California all day without proper credentials/identification. Upon speaking to management they were only willing to reschedule our delivery for the following Wednesday-Saturday. They would not agree to deliver later today or tomorrow.

      I bought a couch and table from Bob's, The prices are reasonable. I missed the first delivery and was able to reschedule and had to wait a while. Once my furniture was delivered, they set up the furniture where I wanted, built it up and even fluff the pillows for the couch. The Goof Proof is worth it, it is not a scam. I put in a claim for my dining table and they work with you with repairs. I do take care of my furniture to make it last longer but of course accidents happen, especially with kids. Goof proof lasts for 5 years, it is not considered a warranty, its more like insurance and no deductible. Trust me get the goof proof. If you do not get the good proof, then of course you will need to buy a new furniture if it breaks. Now, if they cannot fix your furniture they can replace it no charge to you because it is part of the goof proof. I do highly recommend them. I see bad reviews, but I guess it depends on the customer experience. Thank you Bob's for providing cheaper furniture options compared to others.

      BAD return policy. Only 3 days to return whether you used or new you can not return. Customer service NOT HELPFUL. I DON'T recommend shopping here. I am unable to return the unused mattress protector after 3 days. Waste of money.

      I have a 83in reclining couch that’s mechanical and I got the 5 year good proof warranty and I have had it 3 years. One day I went to recline and I heard a large pop sound and it brake. I made a claim with the policy and they denied me saying it was “regular wear on a sofa” and then I appealed it and still got denied. But I love Bobs furniture so I went back to get a new sofa. I had Joe from HB store help me and he said that they might be able to still help me. The manager Eillen looked into it. And she was able to get me a new sofa, delivery with removal of the broken sofa and a new 5 year warranty for FREE!!! Bobs furniture really takes care of their clients and costumer service goes above and beyond!! Thank you Joe and Eillen from HB ********** store!!! I’m a costumer for life!!! My family too!!

      Someone needs to shut this place down. The worst customer service I ever dealt with. I feel like i have wasted my money on this couch which was not cheap at all and they cant do anything to help me. people that installed the couch did a terrible job and now I have to wait a whole month for them to come fix it even though I bought the scam Goof Proof. STAY AWAYYYY

      I bought a Chase lounge couch a kitchen table set a sectional sofa and 2 bedroom sets. One of the bedroom sets the dresser was broke on the top and side of the drawer rail so they took it back and tried to sell me another set after being lied to they issued a refund went back in my bank account took the money back and did that same process again now I’m still waiting on my refund for one bedroom set I don’t know why it’s ok took talk to somebody in store then when you talking to customer service it’s in the Philippines and they English is broke can’t understand them and they lie about the amount of the refund until I quote them how much I paid and as of date still haven’t received my refund and I truly believe they broke the law going into my bank account withdrawing my money without my consent my next step will be to contact a lawyer and my local police to file a complaint NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER ABSOLUTELY SPEND A PENNY WITH BOB SCAM ARTIST FURNITURE TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL…….

      Stay away from Bob's furniture. It is junk. And their goof proof warranty is fake It's by a 3rd party company called Guardian. The sofa is covered but not the part for the cushion and fabric you sit on. The mattress is covered, but not the part you lay on. You can't make this stuff up. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

      We bought goof proof for a table I bought in 2020 with an 5 year warranty, but the company said I didn’t have it covered even with the 2 chairs and bench, the chairs have broken legs and the bench is damaged. I recommend not to buy from this company
