Buyer beware!!!!! I purchased my Frontpoint system and was entered in to a 3 year contract without my knowledge totaling over $1800. When I reached out to the company to rectify this it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. Frontpoint customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. Shania in customer retention has no business working with customers. Frontpoint eventually cancelled my contract but did not inform me that the cameras I paid $600 for will not be able to be used anymore. If you do not pay for a monthly 3 year contract for professional monitoring then you will not have any access to view the cameras yourself. I got this camera system after doing a lot of research. My goal was to be able to monitor my home when I am Away as my Children come and go and now I am A single mother of 3 who installed cameras all Throughout my home that I can’t even use. Frontpoint does not care. Their solution was that they will take the cameras back if I pay an early termination fee of $1220. This does not make any sense. Why would I pay $1220 for them to take back my $600 cameras. I am So disappointed by this I feel sick. I don’t have any extra money to buy a new system and I am Stuck with one I can never use and Frontpoint doesn’t mind taking advantage of people. So disgusting. I have once again been told that a supervisor will contact me later as they don’t have time to speak with me via phone now.Initial Complaint

I cancel service with this company back in August and have written them reatedly email and in texting and now they have started contacting people they think know me I have written to them on Facebook 4 x I couldn’t stop the service back in August on their website because according to their rep then there was 2 different emails down on my account and I only have 1 that’s why occurring to her it would allow me to cancel on the site since that date I have repeatedly noticed them and now this of calling random people I have even told them to stop harassment via email and they haven’t
