Landscapers working for this company have blown massive quantities of leaves on my property.

Just to recap. Mr. ***** emailed our office on 11/21 saying that our crew dumped leaves on his property while performing fall cleanup services at his neighbor’s, our client. The crew did blow and tarp leaves into a wooded area at rear of the property. Access to this wooded area is through a gate. Mr. ***** observed this and told my crew that they were dumping on his property. The crew then removed 4 to 5 tarp loads from the area.
I responded to Mr. ******* 11/21 email the following day to confirm the crew had removed the leaves from his property. He did say that they indeed had removed leaves but it wasn’t possible to determine if all the leaves had been removed. I offered to stop by the coming week to discuss further.
On Tuesday 11/28 I did meet with Mr. ***** who showed me the property line survey and the area. He commented that our crew had disposed of leaves there in past years, which I was unaware of. I asked Mr. ***** if we could remove more leaves though he said it wouldn’t be necessary, but to be sure that our crew understood not to dump there in the future.
