      I ordered a product and found out the item is restricted in my state. They informed me of the restriction and asked if I wanted to be refunded. I asked for a refund, as they had already charged my bank account. I e reached out to them about the refund 3 separate times with no response and I still haven’t received my refund.

      I purchased an **** ******* *** ** ***** magazine. This is the magazine the gun manufacturer recommends for my firearm. When I received the product, I am unable to put over 10 rounds in it comfortably. Anything over that, my firearm will not chamber the rounds as the rounds jam up in the magazine. I originally reached out to ASC on Tuesday March 5th and spoke to a manager about this problem. The manager agreed with me that this was a defective magazine, and to send my shipping information along with photos of the magazine to their Customer Service email, and he would send me a new magazine and a shipping label the following day. Immediately after our call ended and was able to take photos of the magazine I sent everything to said email. I verified it was the correct email with what he provided me with and what is on their website. Come Wednesday, I didn’t hear or receive anything. I didn’t think too much of it and waited and waited. It is now Sunday March 10th. Almost a week after our conversation and nothing. I want to throw in there I have sent multiple follow up emails with the information they have requested since that day. I have not once received anything back. The resolution I’m looking for, is to receive a new magazine. Now I have received faulty magazines in the past from other manufacturers, however I have never experienced this. If I would have known the customer service was this bad with ASC. I probably wouldn’t have purchased it through them.

      Customer purchased his magazine through a 3rd party and ultimately reached back out to them for a refund.  This is the correct course of action as stated in our Terms & Conditions posted on our website.  ****************************************** However, it is unfortunate that the issue escalated to this level as it should have been taken care of with a replacement from our level.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      when I initially spoke with ASC they advised me they would send out a new magazine. They were well aware of the situation. Nothing was mentioned regarding purchasing through a 3rd party.  Regardless, this does not excuse the fact that I was ghosted. Never received an email back regardless of my numerous attempts. ASC called me today after several months of no contact to possible offer a solution. Mind you this is what I initially did and went through their process and was ghosted. If I had not reached out to the BBB I would have NEVER heard back from them. They advised me that they do lots of business with the company I purchased it through and would recommend them. I find this hard to believe as they were the ones who advised me to reach out to ASC for their faulty magazine.
