I had reserved a private charter that was supposed to take place on July 27th, 2024 for my wedding. My company reached out on May 30th asking for an address. At this point, there was no communication that our charter was cancelled and we believed that everything was still booked. It wasn't until June 25th, we were informed that the private charter division of the company was closed and that our private charter was cancelled, a month before our wedding. As you can imagine this was extremely frustrating and stressful to be informed a month before our wedding that we would need to secure new transportation for ourselves and for our guests. The company shared that our deposit would be returned. We have not received our deposit back as of August 20th. We have been trying to connect with anyone at Town and Country Transportation for a months, with no response or assistance on when we can receive our deposit back.Business response

I apologize for the late response, I thought I had until October 8th to complete this. Unfortunately insurance premiums put my charter division out of business this past spring, and that also means I had to dissolve that department, which is why there has been a lack of communication. I understand this persons complaint and I am working hard to address all the issues that this has caused with very limited resources in regards to both finances and staffing.Business response
