      I hired 2 Young Studs to move me from my Condo to another apartment in the same town. Upon arrival to my complex, the driver of the moving truck hit a deck adjacent to the building I was moving out of. He contacted the owner of the moving company Christopher M****, who advised him that as a bonded and insured company, when the property management company sent him a quote for the repairs he would cover the damages. The movers performed my move, I paid the movers in cash that same night, twice the price I was originally quoted. Since then, Mr. M**** ghosted me. I sent him the quote from the property management, I have called, texted, sent emails requesting payment and he has not responded. I was personally held liable for the damages and had to cover the cost of the repairs myself. Christopher M**** is irresponsible and not a man of his word. If his company is insured, why would he not take ownership of his drivers and the potential damage they may cause performing these moves. I was a faithful customer having used them 3 times previously, but after 45 days chasing him to take responsibility I believe he is not someone to be trusted and should be held to account by this agency.

      I paid $390 for Chris employees to move my furniture. They came two hours late and moved seven items out of my storage unit. When I got home they said they could not move me and I would be refunded. I called several times about my refund and he said he had to get the money. He don’t have no money. I would like my refund.

      A Refund is already underway and the cusotmer should have it by Turassy of next week.  Upon offering the refund I suggested the customer would need to wait roughly 5 business days for it to process.

      The owner Chris is the most disgusting vile man. He just swore and cursed at us for 5 minutes nonstop because we called with concerns about movers NOT showing up as well as a plethora of other issues which I will list below: 1. The movers forgot to show up/ removed me from The schedule. 2. The movers were visibly under the influence/ high 3. Our friend had to do the heavy lifting and majority of the move FOR THE MOVERS. 4. THEY FORGOT 6 OF MY BOXES. And left them in a hallway of a ********* overnight at risk for being stolen. They still have my company backpack in their truck and and have not returned it. The photo attached is evidence of the Boxes left at *********

      I hired the 2 Studs to move my furniture from ******* to ********* to my rental studio.The 2 movers were not careful with my furnitures.They broke my electric bed and teared the corner of my mattress.They scratch and chipped the wooden stairway of my tenants that her husband did 2 years ago.Of course she was not a happy camper.I called the owner Chris and explained the situation and he hanged up on me.I call a second time and he said have the landlord call me which my landlord did.He asked to see pictures which we provided.We never heard from him so the landlord called him again and he hanged up on him I also asked him to mail me a receipt which he never did.His movers we’re supposed to give me a receipt after they were all done and they never gave me one but I have the proofs of what I payed him on my checking account and my landlord have camera outside and couldn’t believe looking at it how terrible the movers were handling my furnitures I want to file a claim for the damages and need help Thank you ******* *********

      No damage was caused. Pictures shown dpeicti typically wear and tear on stairs that were done two years ago.

      I am rejecting this response because: I visited the place before renting and I assured you the stairs were not damage and my electric bed was not tear on the sides either nor my mattresses !!!

      I am also complaining that those 2 guys that came never used any equipment nor dolly’s to move any of my furnitures 

      They never game me a receipt either!!!

      I wouldn’t bother to complain if that was not the case and my landlord wants it fix

      I completely agreed with her and her husband I saw those stairs more than once and was there when those 2 guys moved everything.The way they handle the moving speaks for itself 

      Its his responsibility to make a claim not mine

      I paid $340 for 2 Young Studs Moving for move from one apartment to another scheduled for March 1, 2022. The day of the move, the company cancelled on me after being more than two hours late and said they would refund my $340 since they had not performed the service I paid for. I still have not received a refund from them and additionally have been harassed by the owner, Chris M****, who sends multiple aggressive texts to me regularly even after I asked him to stop contacting me multiple times. I want my $340 refunded.

      I have sent multple examples of proof over and over again. I have offered to have a 3-way conference call with ******. The customer refuses to get on the phone with me or them. Anytime she wants. Iam available by phone and we can conference in ******. But they have assured me that the payment has cleared my account and hers each time I called their customer service. For someone who claims to have a problem with a refund its intriguing that she refuses to talk to ****** for 4 minutes. She spent more time going back and forth on here than she would have spent getting clarification on the phone with them.

      12/3/21 I hired this company to complete a move this past week. I was very clear that the apartment was a two bed/ two bath, and I even mentioned the number of beds, dressers, sofas, tables, etc. Two young kids showed up for the move two hours late, they had no hand trucks, no dollys, no moving straps, no lift, nothing, just the two kids and their hands. In addition, they showed up with the STUDIO/1 Bedroom UHaul truck size, despite me being very clear that it was a 2Bed/2Bath. The truck was too small and the kids the owner hired didn't have any moving equipment. The kids were extremely nice and helpful, their boss is just a jerk. The truck was filled and the move was LESS THAN HALF COMPLETE. The kids left and I tried to call the owner multiple times but there was NO RESPONSE. I texted the owner letting him know that the move was not complete and asked if we could schedule another time, I WOULD HAVE BEEN WILLING TO PAY MORE for an additional trip, but I receive this nasty response from the owner: "I feel majorly deceived by this job. I quoted you $650 under the assumption it was a very small job. It fuleld up an entire truck and took all day. The real quote for that job, now knowing what it entails would have been $1800 So now I am not able to go back. We lost money on this job and still kept the the extremely low rate despite it being way bigger than I had ever imagined. It was an 1800 job you got for 650. I should have charged by the hour instead of offering a flat rate" In the end, WE ARE HIRING ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY TO COMPLETE THE MOVE. A word of advice Chris, answer your phone and explain to me that the move is costing you more and I would have been happy to pay the additional to get the job done, however because you are NASTY to your customers makes me not want to ever hire you again.

      We quoted a flat rate for one truck and one trip. Customer agreed to those terms.
