On March 13,2024, I purchased a car, making payments. The total was $8500. 2 weeks later the car started to have issues. The tires were All bald, the axle was shaking. I took it to be look at again on a lift is when a mechanic showed me the Rotting u see the car. The whole subframe needs to be replaced. It’s very unsafe to drive ,so it’s just sitting while these people want my money with No solution. I was not offered anything to accommodate me. The car is a piece of junk and all I’m getting is the run around as time passes.Business response

I'm responding to complaint. Owner reached out to use about some issues, we had her come in. Our mechanic said vehicle had some rust and that should change sub frame. We ordered part from ***** *** ******* but upon arrival they realized part was not in good condition. We called several other junk yards to no avail. The customer was able to take vehicle to another shop and get proper parts needed. We were sent receipt of cost, we also sent warranty paperwork. This is to receive payment of covered parts and we cover balance.

The Power Auto business is lying to you guys all the way. The other shop that helped fix my car sent Power Auto the check on how much it spent for them to fix my car. They were supposed to pay them at least half of the money, which they didn’t. They blocked that shop and they blocked me, so we can’t contact them. I also have a warranty and they haven’t used that to do anything to help me with my car. It’s just so inconsiderate of them to lie their way out of this situation.
