Overview. Natural Choice Lawn & Tree Care provided me (****** ******) with a verbal quote to do seeding of my lawn. I had several questions about the seeding that the lawn care specialist (Oscar) could not answer so he had the office call me. Jordan from the office called and answered my questions. I told him I needed to think about it and I would call him back if I was interested. The next day, Natural Choice Lawn & Tree Care showed up and performed the work without permission or approval and damaged my dog fence in the process. They never provided a written estimate or presented me with a contract for the work. They had agreed to pay for the fence and have not as of October 19, 2022. And are now demanding payment for the seeding project, which I never authorizedBusiness response

Oscar will testify that the seeding was agreed to on 9/19/22.
Jordan will testify he did not tell Mrs it was his/our bad for doing the seeding.
If customer pursues having us pay for the upgrade/repair/maintenance of her (improperly installed) "invisible fence", then we will counter-sue for the price (or value) of the seeding (we do our legal work in the off season).
Perhaps the customer/defendant would be nice enough to tell how much better the lawn is after the seeding (our guys do great work, but don't know if she watered).

7/13/22 I was billed for a lawn care service I did not contract for. The amount is $124.62 and the account # is ****. I have never used this company and have since relocated. I attempted to resolve this over the phone and through correspondence. I continue to receive a bill and late charges. I noticed my credit score has decreased several points and I would like this resolved. Thank you.Business response
