I purchased a car from Holmgren Subaru. They took advantage of a 72 year old woman looking for a car alone. They made right on a warranty they charged me for but the price of car was $3,000 more and my payments are $60 a month more than I can afford. They intimidated me by tossing papers to sign giving a quick explanation while 3 men in a closed door office watched and talked at me. Part 2 was when the said they worked a deal got my payments down to $116 rather than $178 and my first payment would start in February instead of January. Last minute he couldn’t do it unless my co-signer was in the room. He could not accept an on-line signature. My co-signer is almost 2 hours away with Covid. They said since he had Covid and was not going into work drive 2 hours down then drive 2 hours back with Covid? Mow I faced with a $278 payment due January 3rd instead of a $216 payment due in February and a better warranty. Like I said paying for the warranty was resolved when he paid me for it. My co-signer works for Fidelity makes multi/million dollar deals with on-line signatures. This is affecting my health since I am so nervous my hands shake constantly. I started this before but did not go through because they were going to “make it right”. Now it is becoming clear what is going on I would like this resolved by going back to our promised plan and I will return half of the warranty price as we discussed. Please can you help me with this plus they never did the emissions tomorrow is the last day so I will do that. Can you please help me. ****** **********
