***** was very nice, but I had trouble with design clarification . Communication was difficult and I was never sure that the carport would be as ordered. Harold's uses ******** ***** as it's manufacturer , and the communications there is non-existent. We ordered our carport in September 2023 and it was finally completed correctly on June 6. That was the third attempt to finish it. I am thinking of learning ******** ******* *** ****** I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

**** *** *** were great to work with, they were very polite and understanding with us throughout the whole process and we want to start by thanking them for that, we want to make sure that it is clear that this review is related to a repair that has now been successfully completed as stated by the customer on the same review that she left, we would also like to address the two issues that the customer brought to our attention. The first issue was related to anchors, when the installers came to install the building the ground was frozen, that did not allow to get some of the 3ft long anchors all the way into the ground, the installers tried to get them in as much as possible but after one got damaged from trying they then agreed to come back. The second issue was related to a single gable, the customer originally asked for a custom extended gable on one end, the order was processed as requested but when the installers put up the carport they put the standard gable on without the custom extension, as a result management decided not to charge the customer for the extended gable even though she had already received a 10% discount on her whole order, we apologized to the customer for her inconvenience and agreed to not charge her for the entire unit until it was completed, we hoped this would help as she had a fully functional carport since January 22, 2024 up until June 11, 2024 when the payment was finally received for all the work done. This carport was ordered on September 29, 2023, the customer signed the contract on October 2, 2023 and the order was successfully processed within five days after that, the customer is located in a northern state that tends to get more snow then some of those around it so during this time of the year the weather is a big factor when it comes to been able to install, not confirming a installation date in a timely manner can cause the installation to be delayed because of the winter conditions and availability of crews. After the order was placed we attempted to contact the customer on numerous occasions and in most cases we did not hear back at all or heard back after a while of us having reached out, these were the dates when the customer was contacted related to scheduling, she received emails, text messages and calls from multiple people including her sales rep, 08/9/23, 11/6/23, 11/13/23, 12/06/23, 01/10/24, 01/18/24, 03/05,24, 03/25/24, 03/28/24, 04/22/24, 04/25/24, 05/07/24, 05/09/24, 05/10/24, 05/15/24, 05/21/24, 05/29/24, 06/04/24 (Customer was reached and agreed to install on June 6, 2024) 06/11/24 (on this date the customer was contacted for the last time to verify that the repairs were successful but never heard back until this review came in) Unfortunately after all these contact attempts the customer decided that we only deserved two stars on our review and we respect her decision but we also want to make it clear that we stood behind our product and left it exactly as intended from the beginning with every single issue that was addressed resolved.

**** really helped with my decision to get the larger 12 gauge frame for my garage as the snow load in my area can become quite heavy. Delivery was as expected and the crew were efficient and did a great job in assembly and cleanup. I'm looking forward to buying a carport in the future! Thanks **** for all the help!
