I placed an order on April 2, 2022 with the G’s Country Barn, the order number is ****, in the amount of $67.99 and shipping of $12.00. I contacted them on April the 22nd about the order and I was told it had not been mailed yet, and I was assured it would be mailed that day, and that they wound send me a tracking number. I checked the tracking number on the 27th and it showed waiting to receive package for mailing. I contacted them again on the 28th and I was told that he had the package in front of him, and that it would differently go out that day. I called back on the 29th and told them I just wanted a refund instead, and I was told that would not be a problem. He said he needed his daughter to process the refund. I called today Sunday, May 1st to check on the status of my refund and when he answered the phone he hung up on me. I tried several times after that, and he wouldn’t answer the phone. When it went to a voice mail it said his name was Andrew G******* The store was open today. The email address is gscountrybarn@gmail.com. I think I have been more than patient, but now I am getting very upset and frustrated with this store, and I don’t know what else I can do. I was hoping that since the business is In *********** that you would be able to assist me with this matter. I would appreciate your assistance so much.
