    My husband Purchased a 2014 fifth wheel the first weekend in July. We were told RV's get inspected so we were comfortable signing the AS IS CLAUSE for the State of CT. We wanted to transfer our old camper plates to the new one, they said they could try but they have issues with working with the RMV of ***** I told them my insurance agent offered to take care of it. JB the finance mgr. said he would have to get approval for that, which he did and was in contact with my agent who gave him the list of items she would need from them to process it. We were supposed to get those items when we picked up the RV. They only gave me one of the items and it took 2 weeks of phone calls to find out they had lost the title and need to get a new one processed and this was the reason they had not sent our agent everything she needed. There were also some big-time issues with the RV's seals on the slide outs and plumbing issues that we found the second day we had it home which was a Sunday. First thing Monday morning I made a phone call to follow up the email I sent Sunday night to the sale rep., I was told by the Sales mgr, Jason that himself and the owner are reviewing the email I wrote and would get back to me. I told them please call me @ 2pm. I didn't hear anything back so I called which turned out to be how every interaction went, I would call and get told I needed to look into that and get back to you I was the only one who made phone calls never did they get back. Once I got a hold of Jason we came to an agreement they would button up the slides and we would have to pay for plumbing. For the next week it seemed like it was daily phone calls to get answers. Once home after the repairs completed we could still see the outdoors from under the bed. I called Jason and his response was that cost too much and is too time consuming to fix. When our Agent finally got paperwork Hemlock didn't forward the sale tax we had paid them and then blamed our agent for messing up the paperwork.
