  This is a public forum so I will refrain from getting involved in the specific advice provided to Ms. ********** as I do not believe it is appropriate to set forth those facts in such a forum; however, I will state that virtually all of Ms. ************ complaint is based on either her misunderstanding of my thorough professional advice, or, more likely, her unwillingness to accept the realities of my professional advice. There are many emails documenting my advice to Ms. **********, which are not appropriate to share in this forum due to our attorney-client relationship. Additionally, it is possible that Ms. ********** may either now be pursuing, or in the future may pursue, some of the legal matters with respect to which I advised her I could not represent her.  Therefore, it would not be appropriate for me to share those matters here, as I do not want to compromise any actions she may hope to take in those legal matters in the future.  Please accept this as my response to her complaint, and I and my office continue to reserve all rights with respect to any false or inaccurate information shared with the public.

  I request the outstanding bill for: $1,870.00 be forgiven & zeroed out: so that there are no longer any fees owed to this entity due to the complaint contents & Nature of Dispute & that a refund in the amount of: $2,600.00 be provided due to the complaint contents: contracted services not fulfilled & Nature of Dispute:
  & numerous issues: which included but not limited to: Over Promised & Underproduced; Unethical Behavior; Misrepresentation; Unprofessional Behavior; Incompetence; Lack of Representation; Lack of Knowledge; Lack of Expertise; Lack of Preparation; Lack of Organization; Lack of Work Ethic; Misguidance; Catastrophic Outcomes; Devastating Delays; Deceptive Advertising; Harassment; Retaliation; Financial Hardship; Irreparable & Detrimental outcomes to my case: Did NOT provide, represent, take action on or complete any matters retained & contracted for: did not fulfil or provide services contracted for:
