I ordered an "******* *** ******* Bundle Box" from Raise The Standard, but submitted a return request before I received it, deciding I no longer wanted it. They approved the request and I immediately shipped the product back. I waited until I saw the package was there. I waited a little bit before I contacted them asking for three refund which they completely ignored me. I contacted them through Facebook, email, and still couldn't get a single response, and I even opened up a claim with ******, which is who I purchased the product through. I still cannot get any responses or my refund. At this time I'd like my refund and some acknowledgement from a company called "Raise The Standard."Initial Complaint

On August 14, 2024 I placed an order for clothing. I was quoted a timeframe and when that passed I requested an update and was quoted a different time frame. After that I received no more responses from the company. I requested updates, when the products finally arrived more than twice as long as quoted they were poor quality and not as advertised. I started a return on their website that was approved but the label was never emailed. I have sent numerous emails asking for someone to contact me and have received no response at all. I have been unable to find any other means to contact them other than the 1 customer support email address. Theie Facebook page does not allow messages or posts. There's nowhere for me to actually leave a review or anything. I am not the only person that has had this same exact thing happen to them.Business response

July 21st, 2024: order placed for 2 t-shirts. Charged $56.42. Order number *****. August 3rd, 2024: received the order. August 5th, 2024: via Instagram message (company does not respond to emails, and admitted so ) I requested an exchange of the 2 tshirts for a different size. Per exchange policy, this is acceptable and would be honored. August 6th, 2024: company responds via Instagram message an exchange is approved. Attempts to clarify how to return the order made on 8/6, 8/9, 8/10. No response. 8/10: shipped back with me covering the shipping cost of $10, via usps. 8/14: company responds stating they would "get my hoodie out" 8/17: Sent message with photo attached of package with exchanges returned by post office as not deliverable. Multiple contact attempts made between 8/17 and 8/23. 8/23: company responds stating they were making my order right then and asking me to keep the returned package as "post office here can be difficult for our business". 8/23 to present: no response to multiple attempts to call, email and message company, and no new shirts.
