Christine is amazing! She will work with you whatever your goal may be, she's very flexible and understanding at the same time she will push your body the way it has never been pushed before. She's a independent boss who knows her stuff. I highly recommend!!Review from Karen E.

I have been with Focused fitness solutions since it first opened. Christine is knowledgeable and professional and truly cares about her clients. I've been training with Christine for a couple years now. Since the beginning Christine has been able to connect with me in a way that I have never experienced with any other trainer. She learned who I am and reads my mood when I walk through the door. She will adjust our workout to meet my mental needs as well as my physical ones. I went through a period where I was only able to 'show up' only because I said I would. Even in these moments, when I was barely committed, she helped by tailoring the workout to incorporate things I wouldn't mind doing. Days that I arrived with high energy, ready to slay my workout, she would challenge me. She aided me in understanding my heathy and unhealthy habits dissecting them to slowly incorporate better sustainable choices. Working with Christine has allowed me to create a real positive change in not only how I view health and wellness, but also in how I practice it. I've been able to create and maintain healthy habits, leading to my overall well-being and optimal health.Review from Tina R.

Training with Christine was the best decision I've ever made. Along with her many certifications , she knows exactly what to do to help you reach your goals. The atmosphere is always 109% positive and you always leave there feeling accomplished. I would highly recommend her personal training to anyone either just starting out or anyone who has worked out for years. You won't find this quality of personal training in any gym is what I've experienced.Review from Yamir S.
