We sought a neuropsychological evaluation from Megan Marsh for our now 8 year old son. We had a scheduled pre-evaluation meeting, the actual day of neuropsychological testing on July 14, 2022, and then a parent feedback meeting on August 2nd, 2022. At meeting, she verbally gave us a diagnosis, said it would take "a few weeks" for the written report. Reports are typically around 20 pages and have information on the interpretation of the testing, diagnoses, and recommendations. Paid remainder of fee, total $3500. August 29, 2022, I emailed to ask for an estimate on when the report would be completed. No reply. Followed up via email to her directly on 9/6, 9/9, 9/16, as well as to her assistant on 9/8 and 9/13. No reply. Also voicemails in case emails hadn't gone through on 9/7, 9/9, 9/12, no reply. Visited her office on 9/22, assured by officemates she was fine and still practicing, left a note under her door at their suggestion. Followed up with an email. Both said I would file a complaint if I didn't get the report/at least hear from her by Oct 1st. Received apologetic email next day, blaming family issues. Said my son's report would be "the first thing I work to finalize" Monday morning (9/26). I emailed Monday evening, asking when we'd receive it. No reply. Emailed 9/27, asking how it would be sent. She replied and said encrypted email, and it was almost complete. I emailed 9/30, asking when we'd receive it, had scheduled 504 meeting based on her email indicating she'd finish it Monday. No reply. Emailed 10/3, following up, no reply. Sent email and left voicemail 10/5, asking for incomplete draft report. Stated in voicemail I'd file a complaint with BBB or licensing board on 10/7 if I didn't get it. Sent follow up email 10/6 stating same information about complaint on 10/7. She emailed me 9am 10/7 saying her computer broke but would be picked up today and she'd get us the report today, and call + email me 10/7 afternoon. Now 7:02pm, have received nothing.Business response
