Ordered two patio heater covers which were advertised as "in stock" on 4/30/2021 and submitted full payment of $299.98 via ******. Had numerous email exchanges with Scott S********* at Patio.com informing me that the items were delayed due to shipping delays with the pandemic. On 1/31/2022, I requested the order be cancelled and requested a full refund. Scott wrote back on 1/31/2022 that "order canceled at your request. Please look for refund to hit your ****** account next 7-10 days." I have not received a refund to date. I have contacted ****** and my credit card company who both claim this dispute is beyond their dispute timeline and must be handled with the vendor. I have attached all the email correspondence with Patio.com including the 1/31/22 email where Patio.com agreed to provide a full refund.Customer response

Patio.com has refunded the money to me in full today.
