11-29-2021 I purchased *********** tires from MGB tire . On Dec 24th 2021 i had a flat on one of my tires. I did call them to have it replaced with another *********** extreme. They told me i would be charged around 181.00 to replace the tire. I explained that the tire should be covered under ************ warranty. I called *********** and opened a case they had explained the process to me for having the tire replaced. They also called MGB to go through the process with them. MGB needs to send the old tire to *********** with the proper paperwork that MGB needs to fill out. *********** had told me to give it a few months for the process to be completed . I have to pay for the tire and once the paperwork and tire are processed then *********** tire will send the tire dealer my refund for the tire that I had to pay to be replaced. I waited until March 2022 and contacted *********** because I have not heard from them or MGB . *********** had told me that a tire was never sent to them to be processed and refunded. I explained everything again to customer service. They called MGB and Tim said he had thrown the tire out. *********** put through another email to someone about the refund. *********** had decided to refund me the money. *********** told me to give it more time to receive my refund. *********** will send the refund to the tire dealer and the dealer sends a check or credit to MGB / Tim then Tim is suppose to give me the credit for the tire. I called back *********** and told them that i still have not received a check or call from MGB. They once again called MGB to explain what was going on and how to retrieve my refund. I would call *********** and MGB every month or so and get a runaround from Tim[MGB] . *********** had closed the file because they have resolved it on their end by sending out a credit to the dealer for my tire. I still have not received a call from MGB and have not received credit for a tire. I have saved all the necessary paperwork
