      I purchased a 2018 Cadillac from Scranton Motors. The salesmen was pleasant, finance manager was pleasant as well. After taking the vehicle off the lot I was excited and felt good, literally the next day the LED marker lights went out on the driver side. I immediately emailed the sales manager that I worked with and he shared to bring the car in and that "they will take care of it" I bring the car in and I am told that they will have to run things by the Sales Manager. I leave and got back to work to get an email stating that it's a cosmetic issue and it will cost me over $1,500 dollars to fix. So let's recap, I purchased the car on January 26th 2024 then January 27th 2024 the LED marker light goes out. Then on Monday the 29 I go back to the dealer thinking they will make me whole and fix the issue. I am essentially told it's your problem now, because it's considered cosmetic??? In other words you sold something that was fine, and a day later something is wrong that costs a lot to fix, and Scranton Motors just decided to take no accountability what so ever. No offer to meet me half way, nor offer to take care of it as I had the car overnight. BUYERS BEWARE, DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL. It does not matter whats covered or not, taking a vehicle off the lot, then a day later having something go wrong and it not be taken care of in order to ensure good Business, is BAD BUSINESS

      BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. AVOID the service department! Billed us and our warranty company over $7K for work they assured us was completed but repairs were NEVER actually performed causing more internal engine damage. Later after my husband found that the work they claimed was completed was never actually done. After my husband proved to them it was not done they admitted the work they were paid for was never completed. Lied several times, stating could not give us a repair order or invoice until warranty company paid their part of the bill, couldn’t give us the old parts because they had to give them to the warranty company. Said if I chose to have work done elsewhere they could guarantee me there would not be a claim of engine work completed by them with my warranty company, and the list goes on and on, all LIES. Service director Steve and general manager Fred tried to get us to bring the car back in to have the repairs done. NO WAY was I going to entrust them with my vehicle again. ThankS to ******* ******** ** ********* ** as of today I have my vehicle back in great running condition today. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT

      Went in to get oil change and was told that I needed oil hose paid 1854.07 for the job they return my vehicle to me after work was performed and oil was leaking in my driveway at home call them and told them that something not right brought vehicle back in they call me and said they open the engine up and it needed lifters and that there would be a charge for the work I totally disagree with this and they decided to pay for the work then later that week they call me and said that I needed a new engine and they would pay half why would they agree to pay half for a vehicle that’s not under warranty it’s because they cause the damage I would like someone to look into this because they charge me 7579.28 for a new engine that was there cause of it leaking
