Juan was doing work in my apartment. I am a tenant living on the third floor. The landlord is my girlfriend's mother. Juan took two months to complete his work. (The first week of April till the end of May first week of June) He was in the apartment unattended most of the time. A month later I was cleaning and I have many bobbleheads. They can range from 20 dollars to 300 dollars depending on the value. I noticed that some were missing. So I addressed my mother's girlfriend to please call Juan to see if he had placed them somewhere in the house. He was in the apartment for up to 10 hours a day and moving everything all the time. He called back and said that he had to check his boxes. Which I thought was weird. About a week later he returned the bobbleheads 6 of them which he took home, and returned them all of which were broken thrown in a bucket. So not only did he break my property, didn't tell anyone, took it home in hopes no one would notice. I sent a txt to him to ask for at least 300 dollars to replace my broken bobbleheads. He responded back that I made his job difficult and that he was not responsible for anything he broke. I am hoping that I can receive some compensation for my broken items.

If you can see theirs a picture frame on the counter.
This picture frame is responsible for crashing down the 6 toys at you can see at the bottom of the floor.
This event occurred on a windy day.
The back door was opened, due to the high winds the door closed causing enough force to knock off the toys off the counter.
Before this happened I had removed the toys several times of pervious days.
At the bottom of a few toy you can see that first they are only worth $3.
Plus these toys are not an official collection because they are out of their boxes making them uncollectible with no value.
Many of these toys also showed signs of dryed glue and little chips.
