I bought a 2011 ****** *** * from Wallingford Auto Park on May 12, 2023. Less than a month of having it, I start hearing a weird grinding sound when turning on the vehicle and noticing that the vehicle idles roughly as if it wants to stall out. I have brought the vehicle back to them from June 2023 to November 2023 only for them to not pay attention to the issues I have made them aware of. The first time I brought it in on June 20, 2023 for the idling issue, the mechanic rode with me his name was Eddy and he said that the vehicle has adaptive learning and the rough idle was the vehicle learning how I drive. I brought it back on November 29, 2023 because the issue only got worse and they told me to bring it to ****** for a software update. ****** told me that for my vehicle there’s no such thing. In regards to the weird grind sound I hear when starting the vehicle, I brought it back to them two or three times and the last time I even showed Tony the service advisor a video of it making the weird grind sound when starting because they would keep saying they don’t hear it and they still didn’t help me with it. I am at a lost because the vehicle has had issues from the time I got it and they do not want to assist me with finding the root cause of the issues. I heard weird grinding noises when driving the vehicle and I also advised them of this and brought it back to them and they wouldn’t help me. In October 2023 I brought it to another mechanic shop and they discovered that the springs and shocks were blown and Wallingford Auto Park never made me aware. I had to pay $1,800 for new shocks and springs. I have the receipt for the springs and shocks and the video of the grinding sound when starting the vehicle. The receipt is in the vehicle as of the day of me writing this and the vehicle is at another shop yet again. If I am contacted I can provide the receipt and the video that I showed to Wallingford Auto Park of the grinding sound when starting.
