      On 2/24/25 I’ve purchase a used dryer machine for $250.00 with a full year guarantee. After making full payment the telephone number showed on the business card wasn’t responding my multiple phone calls to found out about my delivery, which by the way it was included with my payment. Since nobody return my calls I went personally to the store to speak personally with the sale representative that sold me the used electric dryer, perhaps not only they didn’t even call me to apologize for wasting my entire day, u asked nicely to be reschedule to found out that they stuck me with a used lemon electric dryer machine that didn’t even work on the first trial day, I put two standard clothes to wash, excited to used my electric dryer, but after running almost 90 minutes the clothes was all cold and wet. I immediately call the person who delivered my product which I do believe it’s the owner to let him know I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service provided, on top of it not even 24 hours haven’t passed that electric dryer that I’ve paid in full wasn’t working at all, he only told me we will be there first thing morning to get this matter fix. Next morning arrive nobody call me to let me know anything. I call the store about 4 times, and left one voicemail. My husband went to the store personally to found out it was closed, not only he lied to me over the phone yesterday, he didn’t even answer my calls or text. It’s Sunday midday and no one haven’t call me yet to fix my defective electric dryer. I’m a disabled woman with two childrens with limited income and health issues to be fooled by a company/business that not meet the standards and qualifications to resolve customer issues on time. Please help get my money refunded back to me, I really need my money to purchase another dryer i would go to a serious business store that respect my money, time and backup there policy to the best interest of customers. This place can’t be trusted help me please. Thanks!
