We were told that our kitchen remodel would take one month. The project started on May 31. We have been told dozens of times someone would show up and they didn't. We already paid about $21,000 out of the $26,000 we were quoted. Our cabinets are still not completed. Our microwave is not installed. Our dishwasher is not installed. The walls and the ceiling are not finished. There was siding taken off our house that was not replaced. Last but certainly not least we have a big hole in our house covered with plywood where a window was supposed to be put in.Customer response

Hello. I just wanted to update my complaint that the contractor has done some more work in the kitchen. The cabinets are now done, the microwave and dishwasher are now installed. We are now waiting on the windows and walls to be done.
