      A notice was sent out a few months back regarding violation of bbq charcoal/gas grills and clutter being on patios/balconies. We have an electric ************************* Indoor/Outdoor grill and patio furniture, which is covered, on our balcony. I received a notice today about how this is our (my husband and I) "Final Warning" to remove the grill or face a $1,000.00 fine and eviction. I tried reaching out to the management office through email, and received an email through "Postmaster" that the email address does not exist. I double checked what was printed on their letterhead and what was on the management's website. Sent it again, through the website, just in case I did misspelled something and received the same email from "Postmaster" stating the same thing. My complaint(s) is how can they just assume it's a gas or charcoal grill without actually looking at it or asking  us. I assume they made this assumption by just looking at our patio cover. I don't recall anything being stated that an electric grill could not be permitted. They only stated charcoal or gas per the "Fire Inspector" which I understand. We leave our grill outside and covered due to no where to actually put it inside. So many other things they could be working on besides making threats to residents and not having the proper communication channels to hear our complaints. We're supposed to be a gated community, yet it keeps breaking down and the app is constantly on the "fritz" which makes it hard for those that uses the app to unlock the main door. Cleaning Crew not actually cleaning. Laundry Room(s) FILTHY. Maintenance not answering service requests. We've been long time residents, since 2013 and never had any big issues with the management company or residents. We followed whatever guideline they put in place and any changes they made. I wish we could just "up & move" but it's not easy given the economy & times some of us are in right now.
