Sax Properties LLC is an honorable company with a great team. They get 5 Stars from me. Selling a family home is bittersweet but when you feel comfortable and assured that you're in good hands it makes the process smooth. Speaking with "Phil" from the start was easy. He is honest, professional, great listener and he really cares about how you feel and what direction you want to take without pressure. Sax Properties team is prompt and available throughout the whole process leading up to closure. This is a great team to work with. So Phil thank you again for making it easy to talk to, Kevin thank you for making me and my sister laugh when she got a little sad, Kayla and Holly thank you for your texts, help with forms, emails, and whenever I had a question. Sax Properties has been extremely professional ,informative and honorable from offer to closing. There offer was very competitive with other company's I called. I Chose Sax Properties over others because of the upmost respect they gave us while giving us the offer. Also Phil at sax properties was very accommodating and Caring during a difficult situation . If I were to rate the experience of selling my home, the Representative - 10, the process itself - 10, the closing - 10 and the followup - unexpected, but a nice touch. If I had to do this again, Sax Properties would be my first call.Review from Patrick K

Getting tired of robocalls from these scumbags trying to buy a property that I don't even own. They have a girl reading from the exact same script but using different names saying 'hi this may seem unusual but we are looking to buy homes in your area. The are using some sort of lead database service and a robocall auto-dialer. I don't even own the property and I get about four of these calls a week. Isn't this business required by LAW to abide by the do not call registry? USE THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. IT IS THE LAW.Review from Lukas I

I have had the absolute best experiences working with Sax Properties. They are professional, responsive, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and fair. I've now worked with Phil and with Sax properties through multiple transactions and I have gotten the same level of professionalism each and every time. I can not speak highly enough of Phil and of Sax Properties. Highly highly recommend.Review from Joyce D

Within a few minutes span, the company made two phone calls, left one message and also sent a text message. This is harassment. I have not mentioned to anyone that I would be interested, now or later on, in selling my home.
