On 4/26/2021 Ben came to my home to provide a consult for work to be completed. At that time I gave him a $50 check as a consultation fee that was to be credited to the work. At the time of the consult he said he would get me a quote and was looking to book in July. June came and I had not received a quote via any email folders. I made contact with Ben via the one email below. No quote came again after that email. Then I called Ben in August, he agreed that my project had fallen through the cracks but would credit a full $200 to my project and send the quote out to me. He asked me to re text him photos of the project to which I happily obliged. The quote still never came. I made contact with Ben in the beginning of November and kindly asked for a refund of my $50 dollars as I would like to proceed with a different group. He agreed and apologized for the inconvenience and said he would send PayPal or mail a check. I have made countless phone calls, left voicemails, sent one email, two PayPal requests directly to him and still have not received the $50 refund for services that were never provided and a quote I never received.
