Capital City Garage Door originally installed our two garage doors on our home when it was built. I contacted the company to come fix one of the doors that was going up and down crooked. I also had a complaint of the doors being very noisy going up and down. A gentleman came and adjusted the door that was crooked and said the metal rollers on the garage doors is what was making the terrible noise and that by replacing them with plastic would stop that problem. We agreed for him to come back the following week with plastic rollers and I paid him a deposit of $175 on May 19, 2022. Since then, there has been one excuse after another for him to have not been here to replace the rollers since that time. He has agreed to refund my money, but as of this time, he has failed to do so. I have numerous text messages, phone calls, and emails with Capital City Garage Door and none of that has proven helpful to the situation. I would appreciate any help that the BBB could provide. Thank you.
