      Highly recommend NOT using this company. The customer service is terrible, and ***** who runs the office never responds. They are unprofessional and never respond to texts and phone calls. We signed our contract in October of 2023, the pool was installed well but once the last payment was made they have been unresponsive. Their terms are 50% at contract signing and balance after pool is installed. Our contract included a mesh cover which we never received. I have been going back and forth with them since Spring 2024 and it is now Fall 2024. All I get are excuses and lies...but no cover. At this point I am just hiring another company to finish their work. DO NOT USE them. Their lower price made them appealing but looking back I wish I went with a more established and professional company. Big mistake.

      Horrible communication and customer service. Still owe us a safety pool cover and pool light controller after 6 mos of promises. Buyer beware!!

      On 3/11/23 I ordered a pool liner to be installed by this company. I paid $3800 down. They sent me a link of liners to choose from and I choose one that was bright blue. On 4/26/23 they came to my home and installed a liner that was brown/sand color. I was home and when I looked out to see they put the wrong liner in I went out and let the husband know. He said "My wife handles all the ordering, I just install." Spoke with his wife who said they ordered the correct liner but it was the manufacturer that sent the wrong liner. They insisted I pay the remainder due that day of $2650 which I did. They promised to fix it and said it would take a week to get the correct liner in stock and they would come back out and install it at no extra cost to me. It has been 6 months and they have never come back. I have emailed, texted, called and sent instant messages and have asked for a refund. The wife told me I ordered a liner and I got one, they owe me nothing. I am a single income household and got a loan to cover the cost of the liner. I am paying on this loan even though they did not do the work promised.

      This is incorrect information. Yes she paid in full. Yes the liner they sent was incorrect they immediately resent the correct pattern. I even forwarded emails of documentation as proof. However when my husband was installing the liner water was running out behind the second step. This is something we never seen before once we got control of the water and installed the incorrect liner. Within two days her liner floated out of the pool. We called all our representatives and other local builders and they ALL gave the same conclusion that the liner had to float from buried rain gutters. After asking about this she said that yes they was buried. She said she had someone come out and spoke with the old homeowners they all say that’s not the issues. If it would have been actual ground water the deep end of the pool would have filled with water once the old liner was pulled. This was not the case the deep end area was dry but water was poring in at the step area. I have responded to multiple messages, but just going back and forth is not solving the issue. We have the new liner and could install it at any time however she will face the same issues again. We are not responsible for ground water nor floating liners from drains. I suggested she had something done before we install the new liner. Also I’ve never told a customer I owe them nothing. If anything I’m taking a loss.

      If I could get negative stars I would. Our pool saga has been unbelievably stressful. The pool company was suppose to come out in October to install our pool. No call or anything at all from the wife. I found out via Facebook that a trailer of theirs was stolen. Also they had a layout of the pool and where the steps were to be located. That didn’t happen either my steps were to be at the side of the pool. They put them in the front. The liner I told the wife what I wanted. I even showed how dark the liner was for the pool next door she said it looked gray and I said no I really want a dark blue. I have a white liner. My pool light has not worked all summer. My husband was informed on multiple occasions they would come fix the light. I’m am about three weeks away from closing my pool. Guess what still no light!! The company is horrible with communication. The wife is not a pleasant person at all. They should put out the money to hire someone more competence with customer service. But hey they got their money.
