I requested a service from Qwintry to return my package to store paying a tax for that. My request was done in 9th dec but there were problem in their system and only after 3 days I could finished my return order but I needed to pay twice for it and in 20th Qwintry told me they had returned my package but up to now the store has not received my package in order to provide my refund. So I had requested from Qwintry to send me the receipt of return and tell me when my package was picked up and what logistics company did that. I had also requested my total refund for paying twice by service but they just done a partial refund. I said that my package would must have been returned up to 16th and it was not done so I resend them a new return label up to 30th but I don’t have any concrete information that my package was returned. I have been in contact the store since 27th and the store confirmed me that they didn’t received my package yet. I I was affected by this delay in providing the service because I had to pay the purchase amount on my credit card because Qwintry did not return my package on time and to make this payment I had to redeem money from my investment. so I am being very much penalized; 1) because the Qwintry system did not allow access to my account for 3 days 2) I had to pay twice for the same service 3) my package has not yet been returned 4) I had to redeem money to pay my credit card 4) the store has not yet refunded me because you still haven't received the package with the product I returned
