            Good Morning, I hired the Cleaning Authority to complete a deep clean of my home 8/31/23. I agreed to 2 hours for $300. They stayed 4 hours and charged me $610. I did not agree to additional time. I have a list of tasks they agreed to clean. When I arrived home my house looked exactly how I left it. Cobwebs in corners, dust bunnies, a bathroom that was even touched, crumbs in the kitchen etc. They agreed to come back which i accepted I pointed out some things and shared that these issues were throughout the home. They stayed 20 min. The only tasks I noticed that were completed were under my couch was "dusted" (still not clean) and two cobwebs were removed (there were at least 10 more areas that needed attention) and the bathroom shower was wiped down, They use no cleaning supplies just rags and dusters. This was outrageous to me. I have called several times to have this resolved and no response since the last communication to take my review down. I am fine with paying something for the time they were there because I cant say they cleaned let alone deep cleaned my home. I am not okay with the $610 cost.
