I placed an order on July 3, 2024 and it is currently October 3rd, 2024 and still no response from this shop regarding my order. I have sent multiple emails and even messaged on social media and I haven’t received anything. When I looked them up on Facebook there were countless reviews from other frustrated customers saying they paid and never received their orders or any contact from this shop.Initial Complaint

About a year ago I started trying to get ahold of this company for an unfulfilled tea order. This seller has focused in on selling book and the like but is still running their tea business too. I first purchased tea from a shop that bought from this person whole sale. The quality and flavor was great, so in September of 2021 I made an order. I saw on their website their shipping time was anywhere from a month to two months and I was willing to wait. Around Christmas time of 2021 I started asking where my products were. I sent emails, and asked for a refund if they couldnt fulfill my order. Nothing but silence. I even went on to their facebook page to complain and saw similar issues from other customers in their comments. I emailed into the new year of 2022 but it fell off my priority list due to me accepting a new job that worked demanding hours and dealing with long term symptoms from COVID issues. Today, about 17 months after that initial order my order number IS STILL OPEN and unfulfilled with no cancelation or refund in sight. Even after all this, I still support this business. I love this authors work and I would continue buying teas from her if she showed that she was changing to fulfill orders, communicate, and be better. If anyone can help, extend information or contact this owner to resolve my issue I'd be grateful. If I don't receive information in a few weeks or months I will be contacting Shopify to file a complaint as well.
