My experience and response letter: I was a customer looking for customer service and feel your service, up to this point, is lacking in any kind of reasonable support/aid for your paying customers. I cannot understand Jay & Jack's unwillingness to reimburse a customer unless the request for reimbursement is done within 6 hours after the receipt of a package. J&J's shipping, refund and exchange policies are completely unattainable by any means whatsoever. Next, I take offense to the tone of your emails and am positive I am not the first customer you have spoken to in this manner. Your emails are belittling, disturbing and sound as if you are preparing for a lawsuit. With that being said, I do have every right to exchange an item that does not fit properly. If you refuse to exchange for another size, I should have the right to be reimbursed. So, since you are refusing to reimburse me I must insist you exchange for the proper size. I am not spending almost $70 US on a product I will never be able to wear. How many times must I have to ask for a return shipping label to exchange the size 5 to a 7. There are no discerning marks on these boots and are a poor quality for the price I paid. They did not even come with a packing slip, tags, brand name, style, size, company name? The only label was a little white circular sticker with the number 36 on the back of the heel. How can I exchange something without any information at all. J&J's website states their Head Office: Illumination Advisor Inc (6868620) is in Delaware, their support office is in Vietnam, warehouse is somewhere in Asia, the shipping journey did start Zhengzhou, China and took 24 days to get here. Oh, and the return address label on the package says Jamaica, New York. What kind of company is this? Is J&J's real, I get the impression you make nothing and buy cheap from China. As far as COVID-19 shipping issues, the package made it here didn't it??
