As Supply NCO for my Organization and a GPC holder, i made two purchases for fitness equipment with US Supply Fitness during September 2022. We received only one of the two purchases. I've been trying contact them several by email and phone calls, but unfortunately there is not answer. At this moment, we do not have the equipment purchased or an answer of what happened. I am not the only trying to contact this bussiness, the requestor for this equipment tried to, emails, calls, and facebook messages but not answer at all. Attached are the invoice from this company and the posted transaction in US Bank. Government funds are not to be abused and wasted .Initial Complaint

I placed an order for gym equipment on 4/27/2020. I was informed that the order was going to be heavily delayed due to COVID. I fully understood that. However after I still had not received any updates as of August of 2021, I started reaching out to the company for details on the order. I have called and left messages asking to be called back. I have emailed multiple times requesting information. Then a few months ago I started doing the same, calling and emailing, requesting a refund for the order. The company will not respond to my emails or return my calls. I feel like they are committing fraud selling items they never intend to deliver and they just blame it on COVID. I want a refund for my order and it should not be this hard to get one. They have not provided the items I ordered. The order is almost two years old. This is just ridiculous at this time.
