6-2019: BBB received many complaints against this company from consumers selling vehicles that they are solicited via an online ad posing as an interested buyer (typically Craigslist) and they are directed to pull a car history report through one of their many websites. Once that is done, communication stops. Consumers are charged the fee for the auto history report. This is a deceptive sales practice and BBB requested that marketing via this mechanism cease. To date, the business has not responded to BBB.
In addition, there are dozens of domain/websites associated with your company phone and address. The address provided in Delaware is only a mail forwarding address and not physical location for the business. BBB requests that you fully disclose the location of the business, it's principals and affiliated websites.

Website's "Contact Us page" now show an address of: 4023 Kennett Pike #50326 Wilmington, DE 19807 even though the Terms and Conditions pages indicate they are "located at" 1521 Concord Pike, Suite 201 Wilmington, DE 19803.
BOTH addresses are that of a Mail Forwarding service, and not the physical location for the company.
