Awful...I paid the amt PLUS THE $79 fee to receive 3 copies. I have emailed, called, and messaged their Customer service multiple times asking where are my forms PLUS they owe me a $115 refund for expedited service which I never used, contacted for that too and never received after they told me 2 'tickets' were put in. They took my money but no one is contacting me and I paid on 9/10/24. I'd give them a NEGATIVE 10 if I could. I want my money back at this point. I'm done.Review from Patricia A.

Do not use this unreliable company! They do not produce documents that can be filed with the court because of many errors, incorrect information and very poorly rendered documents. Their customer service is horrible, and agents will hang up when questioned about the poor quality of their product. It took weeks before anyone would reply to email messages. from the first time I tried this site I had problems. They would communicate via message through e-mail. The on-line chat was NEVER up and working. They have several hidden fees. The rush fee isn't exposed until after you either hit by accident or intentionally. Either way they don't offer the chance to deny the charge and then you get charged for professional help. where that comes from I have not idea since there is little to no communication. I had to send my papers back several times as the corrections were not corrected. I have since turned this over to the BBB.Review from Tarra C

This website is complete fraud!! You can file the same paperwork for free through the courts! Don’t use this website! They will overcharge you anyway! They lied. Their customer service is horrible! They have lied and just go through the courts so that you can save yourself money!!Review from Martha C

This is a scam. Stay away. They will take your money and never refund you. On top of the charges, they want to take out a monthly fee of $55.00 dollars.Review from sherri h

My divorce was denied 2x, due to their lack of understanding as per which documents counties specifically look for, then they argued with me that they gave me all of the correct forms. They did not, my county wanted specific forms that were not supplied and I had to waste time filling out more paperwork, only to be denied a 2nd time. This company told me to email them my refusal letter, and then claimed I never did. They do not respond to emails, their chat person is rude, and I never once got to speak with my caseworker, as her email was kicked back consistently, even after confirming her email address. I have been swindled out of over $300 and have to refile again. This company is a scam, and preys on people during a weak point in their lives. Absolutely atrocious.
