Back in March, 2022 we filed Dupont-Corian warranty claim 1275719 regarding quartz kitchen countertop defects; specifically swirl marks. We were told that the claim was sent to their service agent, "Surface Link", and that one of their representatives will reply with an email within 5 business days, to introduce themselves and set up an appointment. They replied, and asked us for pictures of the defects, but we have not heard from them since; despite repeated calls to them, and Dupont. Total silence from both companies since April, 2022.Business response

This is to confirm that I just received your letter regarding this customer’s concern regarding a DuPont product. I am in the process of investigating the customer’s statement as provided to the Better Business Bureau of Delaware and will respond as soon as the investigation is complete.Customer response

DuPont is the manufacturer of the quartz countertop that was purchased and installed by a 3rd party vendor. The countertop had a stress crack that was observed a few days (less than a week) after install and I started the claims process almost a year ago. I have been ignored for months at a time without an email or phone call response to my multiple requests for information. I was working with **** * ***** *****426-****) from the DuPont Surfaces Warranty Center. His last response to me was on 09Feb2022. I have reached out to him at least 5 times via email and multiple times via phone. I have left multiple voice mails and sent multiple emails. I have gotten zero response since his last email on 09Feb2022. My $7000+ counter is damaged since day 1 and have gotten no support.Business response
