My wife and I reserved a trip with Fans of Buffalo to travel to London UK for a Buffalo Bills football game. The initial reservation was made in April 2023 and was to include airfare, hotel, game tickets, ground transportation and a tailgate party. We made all payments to a total of $9500.00. We are retired on a fixed income and budgeted closely to afford this trip. We noticed that the American Airlines flight listed on the itinerary did not match anything on their website. We kept asking Will ******* about this issue, and he assured everyone that the "Record Locator" for our flights would be sent a week before the trip. Never received. Showing up at the Buffalo airport, we found that we did not have flights! An attendant was able to contact Mr. ******* and get us tickets to London without a return flight! We were told to find our own flights back and we would be reimbursed. On short notice, the best we could do was very expensive flights. Mr. ******* paid us $2000 after 2 months, and owes us $3408.09 from October !! He does not respond to emails or phone messages. We are paying very high interest on a credit card that we used to purchase them. We are only seeking reimbursement for what we are owed. Thank you.
