This is the worst place ******* the don't care about anything but the rent I have been waiting a year and a half for them to fix my air conditioner and when you call frustrated they hang up on you.Review from Joanna C

This business has absolutely horrible management and they are shamelessly running this establishment into the ground. With unkept promises, dirty pools and amenities that you cant even use- Its a pity that they harass tenants for every little thing yet neglected to fix anything when they were asked by myself and family! After ****** left this establishment sadly its hit rock bottom and I mean bottom. Nothing is as it sold out to be. Instead its almost like they want to run tenants off by how unprofessional ******* the leasing agent and ***** the so called managementReview from Andrea B

I had water damage in my apartment bathroom. The bathroom ceiling almost collapsed on my head, I was lucky enough to get out of the shower early, for five minutes it didn't fall on my head when I was showering. I notified the Property Manager that a ball of water was forming on my ceiling. They didn't pay much attention to it. They said I had to wait because they had other orders ahead. And then I called again and reported that the ball of water was much larger and that the bathroom ceiling was moving. But they won't care. When it collapsed, they came and fixed it in two days. They did an unacceptable job, they didn't dry it first before closing the hole, and the renovation work is simply a pig's job and they left everything dirty. I pay an amount of $$$ for rent that is not cheap to accept this type of renovation. This isn't what it was before, the renovation work they did in the bathroom makes me cry, it's so horrible. And I'm still worried about the humidity in the place, and it could soon generate mold and strong smells. And I have bad allergies that can cause my asthma to attack. I do not recommend anyone to live in this condominium, as their work is unacceptable.Review from Emily R

Goldelm Metro West Orlando, This place has gone nowhere but down since I moved here about 6 yrs ago. I enjoyed it, maintenance was good and now they are gone, new MGMT every couple of months, the last one lasted 3 days. Bridge is broken for almost a yr now, but they are more worried about a covered car saying HOA RULES. That's BS HOA wouldn't let the bridge be broken for so long. And now we can't even have Christmas decorations on the porch. We use to have contests for the best. Rent continues to rise with no upgrades. Can't wait to get out like so many people have already. And don't comment that you care cuz u don't. Just about money. Rent got raided $580 since I moved in out more and it has gotten worse. $400 of that was just 1 yr. Stay awayReview from Jennifer R

This is the worst complex and management company. The regional manager Lakesha is very racist and one sided. She talks to you like you are a piece of crap. No respect at all. I have mold in my apartment and have told the office, the regional and the owner and NOTHING has been done! They put minor children on notices which is illegal! The apartments are very run down.Review from Robert P

Here in The Park on Waters in Tampa we have had 3 different property management and 4 maintenance managers in the past 5 months. My rent was raised $298 and our complex has gotten worse not better. You would think that with the rent increase the property would look better but it's just getting worse. Now they tell you excuses about why things that worked properly before are not but your told everything is working fine but because of the XYZ causing the ABC conditions it's working but now will no longer work as before but is still working fine. Just another excuse but not a real solution.Review from Jennifer G

I live in one of the properties in seminal county, and I believe that the owners are very greedy! You can’t, and should not base the rent for people on what other luxury apartments are renting for! This place doesn’t compare to luxury! And it’s really sad!
