*July 01, 2023 Professional Fence came out and removed my fence with the agreement to install a new one July 03,2023. *They were paid $1000.00 down payment. *They agreed to installna vinyl fence and two gates as required by my HOA. *They have failed to install the new fence. No work has been done to date and they have not given me an expected date of completion. *They have texted in the past saying they are coming but no-show (4 times). *invoice #*****Initial Complaint

We hired this company on July 19th to replace our broken wooden fence with a white vinyl fence. I purchased the materials through their manufacturer $6600 worth, and they gave us excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't give us a date or time when they will actually be replacing the fence. I asked for the materials back that they picked up from the manufacturer that I paid for, and they refused. They said because they spent this much time on the project (yet they haven't even started) they don't want to give up the job. They haven't touched a single piece of our fence. We asked for an address to just come pick up our materials and they refused to give us an address. We either want all the materials back that we paid for or a refund for those materials if they used them for a different job already.
