******** customer service!! **** from ********************** has literally disappeared since claiming she was getting our documents certified in ***. She lied and now has not returned my phone calls, emails or texts for almost 3 months. And it delayed my application for ************** NOT USE THEM!!!!! Waste of money and time.

Charged me 500 dollars for a couple apostilles and then just disappeared. When confronted 10 months later, "notary" Dawn ***** lied about them "being in process" and conveniently "taking abnormally long" (12 months now... Really?), which I quickly find out was false with a simple call to Department of State. Also, no proof she ever sent anything. No receipts from post office nor tracking numbers. Dawn ***** gets violent when confronted about her lies, and keeps lying compulsively. Stole my original birth certificate. This scam delayed my residency process by more than a year, causing me serious immigration troubles, and caused my FBI clearance to expire (lost money I'll never get back). I would even call this a bad company, it's a plain scam. After I figured I was never going to get anything back from them, decided to do the process myself (after disputing the charge with Amex of course). 20 bucks total, and in 2 months got the 2 apostilles. Kind advice to anybody: investigate, maybe you can do it yourself and save tons of money and stress. There are some unscrupulous people just looking to STEAL YOUR MONEY.

This review on 1NotaryNation is based on their business and how they treat this customer. i used the app ********* to find a mobile notary to come to my home and notarize divorce papers. 1NotaryNation wanted $100 upfront before providing me any source of services. After a few days of deliberating with my wife, we decided not to sign the papers. I then emailed Dawn ******, who was my initial and end contact, to please refund my money since their service was no longer needed. She replied telling me they do not refund monies, but that if I wanted to use their services in the future, it's paid. I got very frustrated and researchEd their website, and found no evidence or writing disclosure about no refunds. Once I pointed this error she agreed to send back $95 dollars minus some sort of fee. She said it would take 7 to 10 business days. Well now, the 10th day has passed this morning and I checked my bank account and 1NotaryNation has once again failed to deliver. I told Dawn ****** that if my money is not returned that it would not be a threat but a PROMISE to write a negative review based on how they conduct business with someone who does not have money to throw away. If she UPFRONT disclosed the fact that my money would NOT be refunded if their services were NOT rendered, I would NOT of called upon them in the first place! Buyers beware!
