The communication with the company is great when they are trying to get your business. But if they mess up, which they did on our job, good luck getting ****** (the owner) to stand behind his company's work. They did a repair, sand and seal job for us in January. The repair work went well but the sand and seal crew did not allow the pavers to dry adequately before sanding and sealing. They also put down way too much sand (in the wrong places...on top of the pavers, not in the "grout lines"). We notified ****** immediately but instead of coming by to view the job and figure out the proper solution he had the crew apply ANOTHER LAYER OF SEALER! Which made things 10 times worse. He did send them back a couple of times - with ****** - to try to remove the two layers of sealer in an effort to remove the sand. Not only did this not work but we were exposed to all these toxic chemicals over and over again. We have reached out to ****** several times since asking him to please come back and try to figure out what can be done. My husband has tried scraping some of the worst areas but he is 73 years old and can't be scraping 1220 sf of pavers! There are also areas where the sealer was not applied evenly and this needs to be take care of. I would not be filing a complaint if ****** had the decency to come back and at least attempt to make things right.

I am retired and on a fixed income. Saved my money to install pavers on the side of my house. I repeatedly told him I needed to have a permit pulled with the ************** and he agreed. Gave a deposit of $2000.00.(which included the permit fee of $200.00) He did not wait to deliver materials as I had asked to get the city permit first. Then they came a picked up 1/2 of the pavers so I told them to take all of them. Called the ************** and he had not filed for the permit when he told me he had. So I cancelled the job and he agreed to refund my deposit. Hired an attorney to request the refund no later than 11/3/2023. As of 11/6/2023 no refund sent to me. Attorney sent a second demand letter. Still no response. He will not return my calls or text. NOTE: ****** agreed to give me a refund of $1800.00 (minus the permit cost). Then I personally went to the ************** permit office. I could have paid $50.00 instead of $200.00. He filed the permit strictly in my name and not his company. Do no do business with ****** and Accurate Pavers. I should have paid more attention to the reviews.

I hired Rodney J****** in July 2021 for landscaping, pavers. Gave him a $1000 deposit then in November 2021 another $3300. He said that the pavers were taking months to be delivered to them. Part of the services were done, missing some pavers. In March 2022, I transferred another $5650 to have the fence repaired and straightened up, pavers and retaining wall done so the service could be completed. All was done but after 2 months the pavers started to wash off again since was not laid down properly. They redid the work, but broke many pavers to repair it, and I was told by Rodney that the pavers were going to be delivered in about 11 weeks, but till today he did not add the pavers that were broken. I kept asking for the invoices and Rodney refuses to send me one, always coming up with an excuse. The work has to be redone - backyard pavers and retaining wall, gutters tube has to be placed on concrete wall and not be left loosen, fence repaired once for all. I tried to reach out to Rodney several times, in person and by text messages, and as always, different excuses. Lately, I'm not even getting a response back. He refuses to send the 2 invoices and also to give the insurance information, requested several times. The repair now is estimated in $34,500, after the concrete wall broke and under the pavers also. The insurance information was requested twice by certified letter and no information is being given.

Contracted this business for landscaping and hardscaping circular driveway with pavers totaling 38,868.00. They completed the work however we have been speaking to the owner because he charged my bank card prior to doing the final walk through. Our sprinklers will not cut on and now all of our sod, trees and plants are dying despite our efforts to water them by hands. There is an area where the pavers were never cured (with sand) so there are huge gaps between them. We have called and text the owner several times and each time he says he will come by and then does not. its been over a week and our neighbors are telling us our plants and sod will die and have to be replaced. I felt like this could be avoided if he would just come and fix the sprinklers and seal the section with pavers.

I contracted Accurate Pavers & Landscape, Inc. to install a 52' x 10' paver driveway on 18 April 2022 (See attached accepted proposal). I called Rodney, who signed the proposal, on the evening of the 18th to ask him if I could reduce the price of the sealer because we didn't want it. He said to just adjust the price to remove the sealer and initial the changes, which I did. I reduced the proposed price from $4,000 to $3,505. I gave Rodney my credit card information so he could charge me for a $2,000 down payment for the purchase of materials. After the job was completed, without my authorization, Rodney charged me another $2,000. Also, after I used the driveway to park my RV, some of the pavers sunk into the ground. I was told by text from his phone number that the pavers would be fixed.

We hired Accurate Paver and Landscaping for a paver patio and driveway. We requested an extra driveway space after the drive way was installed and they completed the additional add on. However, they did not add this to the permit and the permit failed inspections. They told us it was completed and charged us over $200 in permitting fees. As we are currently selling our home, we've found out about the failed inspection and that they have outstanding permit fees with the City of Altamonte. They are now refusing to pay the city the permit fees the charged us and refuse to sumbit the revision to the permit require by the city to approve and close the permit. They stated that they must complete and pay, and we as the homeowners can not submit the revision. We need help to have them finalize this permit, as they said they did. We also feel that we should be returned all permitting fees charged to us by Accurate Pavers, as they didn't pay Altamonte and pocketed that money they charged us. As we are set to close on our house on January 10th, this is time sensitive and we are very angry that this unethical company lied, did work without permits and charged us for permit fees they never paid. Please Help!
