  We hired this company to support us to pack our entire house and support us to load our things into a Pod. When the team came out they told us that a few things may not be able to fit in Pod. We let them know that they should pack everything. Put as much as they could in the Pod and leave the house remaining packed materials in the garage. What the team did was pack half of our house and sloppily filled the Pod. In the garage they left our furniture unwrapped and items like mirrors dangerously balanced on furniture. They also let us know that they ran out to boxes after we gave them $413 for boxes alone. We were told as they left our house a mess with trash and unpacked items that they had to go to another job. When I called their team to complain about my experience I was told that they would investigate and send me an update. Four days later I received an invoice letting me know how much I would have to pay for them to return. I was shocked that there was no follow up after so many high reviews. I was also disappointed that I had to hire another company and pay again to have them pack the left over items and repack many of their unsafe boxes left by their team. On top of everything one of their employees stole money from our home. This was a nightmare and I want others to avoid situations like this with Headway.

  Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/06/10) */ we have communicated with the customer and offered a partial refund waiting to get response from the customer Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/06/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I spoke with a representative of the business who I told that I wouldn't be satisfied with the partial refund due to damage to my items. I expressed that in order to be made whole I would have to get things repaired. I was told that they would speak to the owner who had just returned from out of country and should expect a return my call by Monday. Today is Tuesday and I have yet to receive a phone call back. Also my wife has left several messages and has yet to receive a phone call as well. This is beyond disappointing.
