Date purchased item: 04/28/2024 Purchase Price: $233.00 Date item was returned/delivered back to Neon Cowboy: 05/17/2024 05/29/2024 : I contacted Neon Cowboy via email inquiring about refund. 05/30/2024 : Neon Cowboy employee ****** returned email stating Thank you for writing us back. I was able to confirm the return. We will have the refund processed by the beginning of next week. You will receive an email confirming the refund once processed. (email attached). 06/11/2024 : I sent email checking in on the refund that has not been received yet. (Email attached). 06/12/2024 : I called and left message inquiring about my refund. (No call back) (screen shot of call attached ) 06/13/2024 : I emailed again resending message sent on 06/11/2024. (Email attached).Business response

Refund has been processed June 19th and cleared 20th. Notification sent to the customer for the refund. Please see attached proofs.
