On 07/16 I lost my car keys and did not have a spare. I called Alliance to take my car to my home. On 07/17, I called again to request them to take my car to the dealership. When I called I asked for an invoice, from my home to the dealership it was $187.74. I told them that I was going to call back after scheduling an appointment with ****** When I called back an hour later the total of the invoice was different. He asked if I was a reoccurring customer, I said yes. He added a reoccurring customer discount fee, resulting the new total being $187.74. I said yes and proceeded to wait for the driver. Expectation from the business was the driver was going to be at my house in 45 min. He arrived 2 hours after. The driver comes and takes my car, I noticed he had different equipment than the one from last night. When we unloaded the car at the dealership the driver had to jerk the car back and forward until it was unloaded off the truck, due to lack of equipment after I explained to dispatcher my car was unable to go to neutral mode. Upset I explained to the dispatcher on the phone that he should have communicated with the driver that my car was not able to go in neutral mode. I wanted to file a complaint if the car ends up being damaged and receive a copy of the terms and condition. The dispatcher explained that he couldn't file a complaint since we do not know if the car is damaged. He then reassured me that tomorrow I would receive an email with a copy of T&C. The dispatcher said that if my car is broken we can move forward with a complaint. We ended the call and he called me an hour later to tell me that he filed a complaint and I owe an outstanding balance of 30 something dollars because my reoccurring customer fee was revoked due to filing a complaint. All calls are monitored, I asked for supervisor, no one was present. When I looked at my invoice I also noticed a signature that was not mine in the receipt. I also did not sign this current invoice. Please call me.
