      On April 19, UPS have lost a delivery Order number # BC22459. I filed a claim with UPS and Blitzkrieg Components did upload information about the item. UPS has declared it has a lost package and issued the claim to Blitzkrieg as of april 20. Below is my email response to Blitzkrieg... According to UPS a claim has been approved and sent back to the shipper. Its been processed since April 20 according to them. While on the call with them today 5/9, even if i started the claim , the sender will still recieve the claim refund to complete the lost order I have not recieved any response from the business on the resolution.

      This customer said that UPS had lost his shipment of the part he ordered from us.  He filed a claim with UPS.  We uploaded supporting documents for this claim which was all we could do at the time since he had filed the claim.  He said that if UPS paid the claim it would come to us.  Our understanding was that it would go to him since he filed the claim.  Either way, we wanted him to be taken care of.  He never received anything from UPS paying the claim as far as we know.  We never received any further information or payment from UPS on this claim.  We we ahead and just re-shipped his order at no charge to him on 5/24/23 to get him taken care of.  He was very pleased and we thought he would follow up on his complaint with the BBB, but evidently he didn't.  Here is his email response to us on 5/25/23 after we told him we were re-shipping his order: 

      Wow, thank you so much.  First i ever seen such caring company helping out a customer this way. Definitely will continue to buy more products from you. 
      I see why other members in the sport recommends you guys!
      Again thank you and appreciate your help. I can continue to contact ups if you wish.
