In the beginning process of filing for bankruptcy as a courtesy I made company aware of the pending chapter 13 filing. In response within days they repossessed the vehicle they advised of the potential repossession I did not receive any notification. I received mail after the repossession. And a message I returned their call and there was no message of the repossession. I have reached out to the company numerous times to resolve the balance. The vehicle is my daughters but it is in my name. The refuse to return calls or emails and when I do call I speak with representatives that just relay the message they demanding full payment including ridiculous fees on top of the principal and agreed upon interest. I made the company aware that I never received a copy of any documents from their office and they continued to just disregard. I spoke with an agent and provided the bankruptcy filing number in all other information they requested only to be told there's notes from the supervisor it doesn't matter if there's bankruptcy filed they are moving forward with selling my asset. I have voiced to the numerous **** I spoke with that I am fully aware of the amount due and intend on paying the correct amount but they are demanding almost double. I have asked to speak with somebody who understands the bankruptcy litigations and that is able to negotiate in the best interests of both the company and myself. I have yet to receive a return call. I also tried to explain to the company that if the vehicle is sold correctly the return would be a lot more and it would be unjust for them to sell it for what I owe and again they refused to hear it. Lastly when the repossession was taking place my teenage daughter told the gentleman my mom is at work she asked that you leave the property and deal with her directly regarding the pending bankruptcy the gentleman ignored the demand and basically bullied my daughter and ended up with possession of the vehicle

I HAD A TITLE LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY AND PAID ALL OF MY FEES. THE ***** FEES EQUALS THE FULL LOAN AND INTEREST. AFTER SUBMITTING MY FINAL PAYMENT I WAS TOLD I STILL OWED OVER $600 FOR A VDC PAYMENT WHICH WAS ALREADY INCLUDED IN MY LOAN AMOUNT HOWEVER WHILE BEING SICVK AND OUT OF WORK THE COMPANY ACCEPTED $300.00 FROM ME SAYING THIS AMOUNT WAS FOR THE **** AFTER CAREFULLY REVIEWING MY RECIEPTS AND GOING BACK OVER MY LOAN CONTRACT I REALIZED THEY WERE PAID IN FULL. I WAS TOLD A "FAVOR" WAS DONE FOR ME BY CLOSING OUT THE LOAN AND NOW I HAVE NO LIEN HOLD. ONE DAY I CALLED AND WAS TOLD BY A REPRESENTATIVE THAT I WAS OWED $190.81. THIS INFORMATION WAS NEVER TOLD TO ME BUT IF YOU REVIEW MY PAYMENT CYCLE ALL PAYMENTS WERE MADE DOWN TO THE DOLLAR. LOOKING AT THE RECIEPT BEFOR MY FINAL PAYMENT THE BREAKDOWN IS THERE. I HAVE BEEN CALLING ALL WEEK AND I KEEP GETTING TOLD THERE IS NO SUPERVISOR AVAILABLE, I HAVE TO EMAIL THEM MY PROOF THAT I OVER PAID YET THEY DID ME WRONG. I WAS TALKED DOWN TO LIKE I WAS A CHILD AND I AM NOW OVER IT. THEY WILL THREATEN TO REPO YOUR CAR IF YOU DONT PAY THE LOAN AND CALL NON STOP BUT WHEN THE ***** IS ON THAT END THEY DONT WANT TO SPEAK. I WANT MY MONEY NOW NOT IN 7 BUSINESS DAYS BECAUSE THEY SNAG THAT MONEY FROM CLIENTS ASAP WHEN YOU CALL WITH YOUR BANK CARD. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THEM AFTER THE DEMEANOR I ENCOUNTERED TODAY AND BECAUSE THEY DID WRONG. I READ REVIEWS ABOUT THIS HAPPENING TO OTHER CLIENTS AND I HAD NO REAL ISSUE UNTIL NOW. I WANT THEM TO PAY ME AND REMOVE MY INFO FROM THE DATABASE THEY HAVE. I AM INCLUDING MY CONTRACT AND PROOF OF MY PAYMENT CYCLE.
