On July 27th of 2024 I bought a *************** scooter from Boca Scooters. The scooter doesn't charge all the way and when I've reached out to the seller, they state that they won't do anything and tell me I have to call the manufacturer.Initial Complaint

I bought my moped to this mechanic for preventative maintence(a oil change). My vehicle has never given me a problem but upon picking up my vehicle, My moped stopped moving less than a mile from the shop. In response I brought it back to the shop at which point I was told that the moped was unfixable. According to ******* Negligent mechanic repairs occur when an authorized specialist performs insufficient work or neglects to fix the vehicle's problem. These careless actions include: Failing to diagnose or misdiagnosing obvious vehicle problems that a mechanic acting within a reasonable standard of care would diagnose. In light of such, I think my moped breaking down a mile from the shop that's suppose to fix it entails a negligent mechanic. Additionally, They installed saddle bags and storage to the bike and refused to refund me for this unused gear once telling me the moped was broken despite it being under warranty.Initial Complaint

I tried several times to get parts for my scooter that I bought at Boca Scooters. When I purchased the scooter 3 years ago ****** a sales rep was very helpful and nice. Maybe it was because I was buying something but now that I requested parts a couple of weeks ago ****** lacked the customer service she had provided earlier and was misleading, deceitful and not helpful. I tried ordering several parts for my scooter Citycom S 300i that I bought with them and paid about $5500 dollars. ****** did not want to help with the sale and was making lots of excuses even after I had provided the pictures of the parts. She straight out told me the shipping is going to be $150 dollars to try to make me go away and not order the parts. I thought the charge for shipping was outrageous and soon found out to not be true. She was misleading and trying to find a way for me not to order the parts. ****** also over the phone after the third time of calling her told me that the payment had to be made in person. I thought this was weird since I had ordered parts with her over the phone before and I could not go to the store since is far away. She was making everything possible to not do this transaction. Maybe it was because the store was not making any money on parts and ****** is only helpful when she sells a scooter rather than just selling a part. Or maybe she got used to the job and now she just does whatever she wants and does not care. After my disappointment with this dealer I ended up ordering parts from another dealer and they were very helpful and fast. It only took one email with this other dealer and the parts were ordered online and shipping was only about $15 dollars for 7 parts with a total of $600 dollars worth of parts big and small. So what ******* was telling me was not true about the shipping and she kept making excuses such as that part has too many parts attached, too difficult to order online. payment must be made in person, can not find the parts, etc, etc.
