Couldnt be more happy with my decision of signing up with virtual office service with Opus. I work remote from overseas and require a US virtual office for important correspondence and other assistance for my US customer base. ********* ****** is the team member that I work with and I cannot say enough good things about her. ********* has been a pleasure to work with since I first inquired into the service, and has not disappointed since then. I want to give a huge shout out to Rosa, my Opus Coordinator, for her incredible help in tracking down a package that USPS mistakenly delivered to the wrong location. Rosa went above and beyond to make sure my package was found and safely rerouted to me. Her attention to detail and persistence turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience, and her communication throughout the process was excellent. *********** ****** is an absolute treasure! He makes sure that we have snap shots of our mail so that we can inform him what to forward or shred.
