On Nov. 5, 2022 I entered Waggs to Riches. I ended up purchasing a Biewer Terrier that appeared healthy however a day after having her home she began coughing and having difficulty breathing. I took her to the hospital and there I found out she had kennel cough. After the weekend in speaking to the owner she did not want to help with any bills. As days went by the puppy had to be seen many more times and also infected my older dog who was already ill with cushions disease which incurred more hospital and vet bills. No matter what paperwork she gave me - nothing was helpful. I spent $*****.00 in vet and hospital fees and want a full reimbursement. I should really demand the total amount of *******, how dare she sell a sick dog and then when I asked about the remaining dogs she showed no concern. I tried to have the ***** reversed from the bank but they couldn't do anything. This is not right I deserve reimbursement for health fees. Attached are the documents that was sent to the **** of America. I am hoping that with your help I can be refunded the health cost.
