As a consumer, keep in mind that Companies...such as JMC can 'buy' positive reviews on Zillow. I've been in the Industry 30 years. Worked with some companies' that pay their agents to call the customer immediately after closing, and have them write a positive review. Similar to YELP. If you're a business willing to buy Ad's with Yelp, you miraculously find your business at the top of their search...and those that don't get put to the back of the line. I worked briefly for JMG, until I got fed up with getting charged for everything under the sun. Additionally, I didn't get the 10 - 20 referrals a month he promised. I got 2 in 6 months. So once I quit, I was sent a bill for 'quitting' the company. I obviously objected to paying the $1,700 he was attempting to collect because of my 'early termination'. I told him to I would never consent to such a preposterous notion. So he hired an attorney to come after me. (Mind you, this is after he, Jason, didn't deliver on all his promises). In addition to the two page letter from this attorney, I received a collection letter. His conduct was truly shocking...greedy, unethical and immoral. As a consumer; what is there to trust? As a potential agent ready to drink his coolaid...
